well im gonna join you chicks and do TO tomorrow and tuesday! Not looking forward to it but im gonna do it anyway. As far as the V8 tropical juice i had asked at my center if we could use that just on our regular plan and she said if it wasnt in the book not to use it so im not really sure on that one. I have been battling major cravings - not to mention that major cheese and chocolate fest I imbibed in last night.
But OH.... it WAS worth it.
Check the calories-if it's about 400-450 calories for the whole 32oz, you're probably okay. But someone on the boards actually looked at the makeup of the juice once (which fruits juices, etc were used) and that's how they came up with the using the Knudsen's morning blend. But if you can sub oranges ore cantaloupes anyway, I don't see why you couldn't sub a similar calorie juice.
