This is NOT an unrealistic way of thinking and you may very well be right. Believe me, I've thought about that too. Do I really need these last 10 pounds gone? Maybe my body is ready to settle now. Things like that. So I understand what you mean.
For me, again, it's that blasted mindset. That and I have a couple pairs of jeans that are comfortable but just a tad snug. I want them to fit a little looser (looser? is that a word? lol) Plus I'd rather be closer to the 130 side of the scale than 140.
My plan is to give myself another 6 months. Once the weather warms back up I can start walking again and if that doesn't budge me, then I'll know it's time to just settle into my 139'ish cubby hole and move on with my life.
