Yes, I am still doing good here. However, I have realize that I need the accountability of logging in my food as well. I didn't log for the last four days, and I know I ate more than I think I did.
However, I have still done better than before. I have made conscious decisions of what to eat, mostly. Not perfect, but I don't expect perfect. That's another thing that has just clicked for me. I DON'T HAVE TO BE PERFECT!!! Before this clicked, if I had one thing I shouldn't, I would figure I was shot for the whole day, or the whole week, or whatever, and go on eating whatever, whenever. Now, I if I have something I really shouldn't, I get over it, and try to make better choices the next time. I don't just say that I failed and give up.
I have no idea why these things have decided to click for me now, but I am very grateful! It's been a week now since "the click" and it's still here. I am still making conscious decisions about my food. Maybe not always the best decisions, but still a conscious decision rather than mindless eating.
