Donuts, yum. My favorites have always been the glazed and the plain cake type.

I couldn't even eat dessert yesterday, I ate too much other stuff, lol.

I ate more than I should and I had a pain in my stomach because it was a overload.
But I get like this in the winter time as well. Where I just try and stuff or give into the sweet tooth craving. I used to think its because of the cold and that my body is trying to put the fat on for the winter. But I have given myself Thanksgiving to feast and now its done and time to get back in the saddle and eat when I am supposed to eat and not eat what im not supposed to eat. Its over and its back to what needs to get done. Workouts and calorie counting .

Yep, same here. Yesterday is gone and I'm putting it behind me. I enjoyed myself, so I'm not going to worry about it.

However, I had lunch today with my sister at Max & Erma's. But I was good about it, I got the baked halibut with baby spinach, rice (which I didn't eat all of) and yellow squash.

I did not have pumpkin pie yesterday. I did have a peppermint chocolate cake donut at Starbucks today, with my sugar free non fat vanilla latte! It was yummy!
