Cool Howdy!

Hi all! I just want to say what an inspiration you all are to me! I am looking forward to hearing about all your successes (and challenges). I love the fact that you have monthly goals. What a great way to keep everyone motivated.

I weighed in this morning and was down a pound. I have been on LAWL for 2 1/2 weeks and it seems to be working so far. My biggest challenge is Friday nights. My husband and I go to our local watering hole and it is hard for me to be 'good'.

Thanks for being here. It has been hard to not talk to someone about what is going on... Most don't want to hear it. Wish me luck tonight!

Hello all!
I have just found this website. I have been going to LAWL since feb. but have been more or less off my plan since summer (aargh!!) So - back on track - November goal is 10 pounds and not going crazy at Thanksgiving time.
