DBF came to my rescue last night. I'm feeling mopey and my ankles are STILL swollen despite the gallons of water I'm drinking. I'd been putting off exercise all day. Anyway, DBF says, "hey, let's go for a jog" I wonder if he knew I hadn't exercised yet, heh heh...I would have done it, but I would have probably waited until the absolute last minute. I'm so ready for ttom...I just want it to be OVER!

Morning all - early morning for me today. Up at 5 to make bfast before driving DH to station (he's starting to commute by train, and his bike is out of service right now). Now DS is fed, and I have laundry to do and errands to run. So I won't be around much today.

At least my headache is better today!

Have a lovely day, chickies!

Jenn -- good luck with the in-laws. Always remember you marry them too!

Wow, it sure IS quiet!! Everyone must be busy exercising, eh?

I still feel like I'm gonna explode with all the water retention...although, it does seem to be coming down a little and I've been peeing a lot today. A good sign that I'm gonna start soon, YAY!!

I didn't want to exercise again today...but I did it anyway, GO ME! he he...it hasn't been my normal 60-80 minutes the last few days but I'm glad I got in the 30 minutes that I did anyway.

I'm going out to play pool with friends tonight...dressed to kill with a plunge v-neck black top, dark dark blue jeans and a summer fitted blazer with 3/4 sleeves. Even DBF said I look HOT tonight...damn! Gonna stick to water tonight...I don't even wanna mess with this water retention.

Have a great night chicas!

Val - you are doing great with your exercise! I haven't started to exercise yet (other than being the mother of a toddler), but I felt a little more energetic today than I have in the past couple weeks, so there's hope for me yet!

I hope the water retention goes away soon. It's a real drag, isn't it? Are you getting enough of all your nutrients? Like potassium?
