Thursday--

I'm not going to try to drink as much water today.
I'll try to have a low-point supper.

On points for 3 days now, drinking lots of water, My dentist put me on antibiotics today, so I hope my appetite won't go through the ceiling.
F.Y.I. the reason cattle are the #1 consumer of antibiotics in the world is because it is an appetite stimulant.

Mimi,
Once in awhile I give my cat a 1/4 of an antibiotic pill. For some reason it works as an appetite stimulant to cats. Weird the way things work!
Good going on the water and points. Sorry you have to see a dentist. Yuck!

I didn't know that about antibiotics. No wonder I always gain on them.

I'm going to drink so much water that I'll get my exercise running back & forth to the bathroom.

Goals for today:

1. Drink water (up to three now)
2. Eat well (about to have a yogurt)
3. Clean house. (somehow, I think this will ALWAYS be on my list)
4. Go for a walk once it cools down but before mosquitos attack. Should have about 20 minutes.

Someone said in meeting yesterday to set goals, not just monthly or weekly, but daily goals. So.....we're doing good!!!

Hi Ladies,

I think setting goals in post is a really great idea! It makes you more accountable. OK, my goal for the week is to lose 2 lbs by this time next week. I will make every effort to do my exercise (I use the Gazelle - Tony Little) and hopefull that will give my weight loss a little boost. Good Luck to all of you on the goals you have set for yourselves.
