I have been on WW, meetings, on line, with flex. I was sucessful for awhile, but I made poor decisions. I used my points for too many snack type foods and not for good foods. But now I'm on core and it seems to be working for me. I no longer crave sweets, but when I have them on occasion, it's not something to feel guilty about. And we all know what guilt does...next step is self sabotage, and then comes "oh I blew it, I might as well give up".
I really like eating whole, healthy foods. I eat no processed flours and no sugars unless I journal them and count against my 35 points flex. However I will not eat the "low fat" fake foods as recommended. I will eat smaller portions of the real thing, and still the weight is coming off.
