Check out Goodwill stores as well-in my opinion they put out nicer things than Salvation Army stores do. I have seen a lot of Old Navy, Gap, l.e.i., and other nice brand jeans and clothing in thrift stores. I agree that you should get some clothes that FIT-you will look so much better-and at a thrift store you will probably be paying only $4-$5 for a pair.
You only have 19 pounds until your goal weight anyhow-so SOME of the things like new t-shirts, stretchy things like exercise pants and things you will still be able to wear at goal-so at least treat yourself to something along those lines.

I SEE IT NOW!

I went shopping for funeral gear at the weekend (I have shrunk out of all my SMART clothes) and was trying on LOADS of clothes all in UK 14, US 10 and I was thinking, "WOW this fits, it's a size 14, wow this fits too.... WOW!... etc etc!"

So I got this cute little skirt in a 14, and a girlie top and a pink trench coat, all in a 14 and none of them pinch anywhere! I had to get some POSH shoes too, with heels, so when I tried all this on when I got home I was shocked at my legs in the mirror! I was singing that deeply dippy Right Said Fred song.... "Legs that go on for miles and miles....."

SO yes, I see it now... but only when I go shopping!

I can fit into smaller clothes, I also went shopping last weekend, and bought some size 10 skirts and stuff, so I know in my mind that I must look different. Problem is that I don't think I am allowing myself to really see it. I think its psychological.
