OK weigh in today....

Tarantaran taraaaaaa.... Stayed the same!!

I'm not surprised really cos I was stuffing my face for a coupla days this week! I'm going to check again on Friday if I get my shoulder sorted out for more kickboxing!

Have stopped nasty stuff in a can, so I have to do real brekky from now! Fingers crossed.

Good luck on the kickboxing classes those of you who have had a look at them. They should really give your fitness levels a boost. Plus they are just brilliant fun!!! I start teaching 2 classes a week in a fortnight, so my own fitness levels should shoot up. I have been teaching easy classes for a couple of years (circuits and body conditioning where I just click my fingers and shout). I haven't been able to do any exercise for me cos of the anaemia.

So "bring it on" as mad people say. And we'll see if it makes any difference to the weight loss!

BRING IT ON indeed!!!

I've lost 21lbs kickboxing since August

So that makes it 1lb lost this week, down to 12st on the nail!

Ok, so it's my first weigh in......and I 've lost 6lbs this week
Not bad seeing as on Saturday I managed to drink 2 bottles of wine, and then soaked it up with a large pizza.....and 3 dips
Now I've just got to keep clear of the choccies I got on Monday.....

WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO veggie

I am still 12st on the nail, but I must admit, the scales were flickering to 11st 13lbs, so maybe in a couple more days.....

Body fat percentage is 24%, which is down 0.3% from last time I looked!
