I'm not surprised really cos I was stuffing my face for a coupla days this week! I'm going to check again on Friday if I get my shoulder sorted out for more kickboxing!

Good luck on the kickboxing classes those of you who have had a look at them. They should really give your fitness levels a boost. Plus they are just brilliant fun!!! I start teaching 2 classes a week in a fortnight, so my own fitness levels should shoot up. I have been teaching easy classes for a couple of years (circuits and body conditioning where I just click my fingers and shout). I haven't been able to do any exercise for me cos of the anaemia.
So "bring it on" as mad people say. And we'll see if it makes any difference to the weight loss!
Ok, so it's my first weigh in......and I 've lost 6lbs this week
Not bad seeing as on Saturday I managed to drink 2 bottles of wine, and then soaked it up with a large pizza.....and 3 dips
Now I've just got to keep clear of the choccies I got on Monday.....
