Amy, thanks for the review on those plug in things! We can't have them at home because the kids have guinea pigs (ouch!), but I was considering getting one for the cottage. The mice are so destructive up there. If they work, I'm getting one!

I'm with you re: the sticky traps. (Barb, have you ever seen one "caught" at work? shudder. We used them once, and never again. If I'm going to kill something, I prefer the quick and painless method.

Julia, I'm a SAHM, too! How old are your kids/kid? Mine are 15 and almost 9, and it's very important to me that I NOT take a job away from someone who really needs it.
