Good Thursday morning. Managed a 4 km run on the treadmill this morning. Freezing rain outside so very happy to be able to run indoors. Will try to get outside on Friday.

Previous balance = 6 km
Today's run = 4 km
Total = 10 km
Left to Go - 70 km

How is everyone else doing?

Yesterday, Yourself!Fitness for 30", so I am counting 3 miles. I am very sore today, especially in my quads.

well I did another 3 miles today. Not much of a total but I am doing something so I can't really complain. That brings my total up to 8.7 for the month so far and being that I don't plan on anymore distractions, I should make it to where I need it to be within the month. Hope everyone else is doing better then I am.

well I got in 45 minutes of circuit training and at that intensity it was atleast 4 miles done. It was morethen that but I will go for that for right now. It hurt. was supposed to do taebo which would have given atleast 4 more but I am happy with what was done. got 12.7 so far. Only 37.3 left to go.
