I work in an office that pretty much allows me to wear whatever. I do refrain from wearing bike shorts (well, I did one vacant Friday) but really anything goes. My boss wears jeans and is very casual himself. He only wears ties when he has an important meeting or they are firing someone.
I love it that way. Getting ready in the mornings is usually a snap!
