Well my commitment was for today, and that's just beginning for me, but I'll check back tonight! It's gonna be a 4 point day for me... a friend is just on her way over for Coffee, then I'm going to the gym... coming home and cooking dinner! All on plan! Will check back later to make sure.

Way to go Apryl!!! I know how hard it can be and I also know that all you have to do is keep a positive outlook and you will do well. I actually started the grapefruit diet today so wish me luck on that.

I think Apryl can do it all summer!

When I was in HS it was much easier to exercise & be careful about what I ate during the summer.
