Default I'm down 3 of 8

I am going to drink more water and skip my nitely lo carb ice cream, that should help...I have been walking 4 plus miles a day this week at local metro park with my son in a jog stroller...I did do a series of lunges and squats along the way..They have one of those exercise trails there that I really want to try...the ones where you jog to each exercise board and then do the exercise on the board then jog on to the next. The weather has been so nice that I am encouraged to get out....

It will be tough to get 5 more pounds off but I am going to see how close I can get....Keep up the good work ..any loss is a victory!!!!

I would like to say that I am doing a great job and right on track but...

I better modify my challenge goal from 10 to 5. At the beginning of the month it seemed doable. I guess I forgot the "do" part of it. Now it's the 19th and I haven't even gotten started. For Shame!!!

Thanks for the reminder and the gentle kick in the pants!

Whaahhh!! I'm still stalled at the starting gate. I think there's just been to much upheaval in my routine the past couple of weeks. I resolve to do better.

Hi, guys.

Stalled. Off program, too. I've been training like crazy for a 10K on Saturday, so far I've got my time down to 55 minutes or so. Lots of weight training, situps, and pushups. I've been hungry for real food, and eating it....bad I know....but hungry with my exercise. Trimmed another inch off my waist, so not too worried....

Good going girls!!! I'll be back OP after my race. Its the Run Against Pain for UC Davis.

Well I am at 185 as of this morning.
I can't seem to get out of the 180's.
