Lauren, I'm glad you have a plan for Lent. I've been thinking about you and your commitment. Good luck during this time. Isn't it miserable how fast weight comes on?

I sure hope everyone else chimes in soon. I've been really busy doing a million things and not putting myself first because of lack of energy. However, I got on the treadmill today and I have been eating correctly, so I'm hopeful that I'll have a long-awaited loss at my official WI tomorrow. DD is coming out and we'll go to the 7:15PM mtg. If I find that weighing in so late disturbs the numbers on the scale, I'll find a way to get to a WI at a regular time and go to the later mtg. with my dd.

Busy organizing everything around the house. Also having a few things done around the house. It's like a crazy episode of I Love Lucy around here right now. Do one little thing and it necessitates doing three more.

Hey Choosewell, where are you? I miss your upbeat sayings. care for some edaname,
anyone?

Hi everyone - just lost my post - why does that happen?

Anyway back in town but we have to go back next Fri for summations & verdict.

Did OK overall with my eating. One night shared beef fajitas, next night I had grilled salmon over salad which was excellent. Only downfall was too much alcohol & some munchies in the room. We got in 2 swims & walked everywhere underground for the 2 days we were there. Hoping to maybe maintain tonight. Have curves - which is my 2nd measure then onto ww for my meeting.

Hope everyone else is doing well & talk to you soon.

Hi everyone:

Did my curves - was down 6.50" overall since joining in Nov. At ww I was down 1# which was nice since I was hoping to maintain.

My goal this week is to have less caffene (was told this makes for more body fat) and
get to curves at least 3 times and stay OP for my points.
