I am in. This is going to be hard as we never eat at home ... always out and about. But I will have to change my ways. I will be going back to 5:2 as that worked for me before I had lost 16 but gained back 5. Could have been worse.

People have been mentioning that my face looks slimmer these days. A nice way to kick start this beginning.

SW: 157
GW: 150 for spring / 140 real goal

Good luck to everyone

Things are really looking good for me! Weight loss wise and just my personal life. Everything is going great and I actually think I'm the happiest I have ever been that I can remember. I hope the new year is treating everyone just as good!

wantochange welcome! and good luck!

I was out of town 2 days this week so I didn't even count those days since all we did was eat out. I didn't pig out like my usual cheat days but I know I went over calories, it didn't do as much damage as I thought thankfully. I haven't been going to the gym recently though, with work and school I've been a bit overwhelmed. Hopefully I can get into a routine soon.

I didn't have a cheat day yesterday, but I did eat a lot more sweets than normal so I think that's why my weight is up, I hope! lol

This challenge is only two weeks away from ending!! I'm definitely not seeing 170 by the end of this challenge, and that's ok Hoping for 175 though!

Shellofself Congrats, progress is progress!

I'm not weighing in tomorrow, I had 4 huge cheat days this week. I have decided to maintain my weight for a bit so I have upped my calories to 1900 according to a TDEE calculator. July will make 2 years that I have been in a calorie deficit and it has definitely taken a toll on my body, I think I need a break for a bit. I know not many are weighing in now but I hope everyone comes back to put a final weigh in down and I hope everyone has done well

Hey everyone, I'm still around once in a while. I know I failed to post my weight regularly. I had a really rough winter and gained about 12 pounds. I've been really trying to get back on the wagon, but the best I've been able to do is go from gaining to maintaining. Spring is generally easier for me, so I'm hoping to turn the tide and get back into the 160s.

I will be starting a new thread later this week for Spring.

Congrats on reaching your goal Slimmer me!!

I did not reach goal, but I lost so I am happy. I have decided to maintain for a while for my sake, and with this corona virus I want my body to have the energy to fight it off. I am a nurse in the hospital so I want to give my body every fighting chance I can give it. Hope everyone is doing good! I'm excited for the next challenge, it will be interesting for me I believe to see how I do.

I did lose 5 pounds just by sticking to my intermittent fasting schedule of eating only within an 8 hour or less window every day. That was certainly not my expectation at the hopeful beginning of the challenge! I did have a trainer at the gym twice a week for most of the challenge but stopped on March 6 because of virus concerns. I really really miss it, I guess I need someone to tell me what to do, haha.
