Hi! I am a new poster but have been lurking ... way to go on your progresses, and hanging in there with the plateaus!
I am new here so my goals and signature info doesn't post yet but I weighed 174.5 this morning. I want to weigh 168 by Easter! I feel that by eating right, drinking more water and adding some activity to my life makes this an attainable goal. Oh and my determination.
