Glad the melatonin is working for you. Make sure your sleep hygiene is good. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even weekends. Nothing stimulating and dim lights within a few hours of bed. Bedtime routine, no electronics in bedroom, cool room, etc. For the noise, I turn on a loud air purifier (fan works too) that works well as a white noise. I can still hear loud bangs, etc, but it blocks most everything else. Have you talked to your bf about how loud he is? Maybe he doesn't know. B-complex helps me a lot with anxiety related sleep issues. I also take 5-htp for depression and anxiety and it really helps me sleep. If you take 5-htp start with only 50 mg a day and go from there. I take 100mg twice a day. Do not take with any anti-depressants. Valarian is also good for anxiety related sleep issues.
