Many thanks for the great info! JW, thanks for the sheet. Who's your coach in BR? Hit goal last saturday, start P3 Monday (no thanksgiving goodies for me! Lol)! So all the great advice is so timely!

I see Renee at Healthy U Weight Management on Jefferson.

P3 is fun, great breakfasts! I have a excel document that helps formulate carb/fat/etc. counts for breakfasts if you want.

JW, I'd like your spreadsheet! And I haven't heard of your coach. Sounds like she's done a good job. Mine didn't do much coaching and I ended up getting most of my help here on 3FC. You can email the sheet to [email protected]

Thanks!

JW, Thanks for all the helpful info. May I have a copy of your sheet, too? I'm still a ways away from needing it but am looking ahead and gathering info as I go.

Thanks a bunch!

JW,

I would also like the excel- I saw some maintenance talk about the sheet being in the wrong format, but I was not sufficiently geeky to figure out how to download and see it. I am in phase 3, and need some help. Thanks!

JW-
Thanks very much! I am also going to look at some "slow carb" type recipes for P4 and beyond.

This is what I had the biggest problem trying to figure out and ending up doing my own plan of maintenance.

JW, Thanks for all the great sheets and advice. I love the spreadsheet.
Starting P3 next has me very nervous. Lots of comfort in "stupid proof" eating, like we do in P1 and even P2. But I'm determined to do this right, so love all the info I can get!
Have a great weekend, everyone!
