I also see absolutely nothing ethically wrong with using pharmacological aids to lose weight. It's no different from using drugs to alleviate depression, which I also see as morally neutral.

The only thing I would be cautious of is becoming dependant on the drugs for the weight loss.

Also I would let your doctor know what you're doing.
