I just looked at your original post again (BTW I think your legs look perfectly nice, I should have said that in my first reply). But when I poke my "bumps" on the inner knee when I'm standing up, they are not squooshy. I don't think they're fat, I think they're some kind of tendon/muscle that is just more developed in us.

I was pretty glad to find this thread and realize I'm not alone! My weight is in my limbs, I have always had very stocky legs and have this "fat knee" thing going on! I think I am just built that way since I was at 125 lbs a few years ago and my knees still looked weird like that.

I have that too!! Even as a skinny pre teen!

Yeah about the original post, I don't think you have genu valgum. I've seen women who are very heavy and still their legs/knees don't touch... Yet, other women who are slim their legs knees do touch. I am also self conscious about my slight genu valgum but hopefully it will get better as I keep losing weight.
