I think I go every hour while I'm at work! I sit in my office and drink drink drink water. When my big cup is empty, I go to the bathroom, and fill it up again.

Yes, keep in mind the WF products can add up, I limited myself to 1-2 servings a day. One serving is 2 tbsp which is alot. I can't eat plain chicken breast without WF Thick and Spicy bbq sauce and man oh man does it taste good with steak. It's a different taste at first especially if you're used to the real sugary brands but you'll love it after a week. Good luck in your journey!
I didn't know that the WF products are made with splenda. I wonder if that will give me a head or not. I will try another kroger before I order anything, and maybe get just the BBQ sauce.
I am a teacher and I am SOOOO thankful that I have a bathroom in my classroom. Otherwise I would have been fired from taking too many potty breaks! Once an hour seems about right for me!!
