Hi girls!
I just got back from the gym and WI – I am down 3.5# - woo hoo – I have really and truly broken the 200 mark now. I am wicked excited (as you can tell I am sure). Seems there is a lot of ups and downs on the board lately.
Well I found out I am 2 inches shorter! I am not kidding! My compression fractures on my 2 vertibrae resulted in me being shorter L booh!!
Lori – I was at a communications conference – I guess its not really a job fair, but the students who attended fully thought they’d find work there. I had fun though! Sounds like you had some allergic reaction – any hives or breathing probs?
Jayne – I didn’t realize you were a voice teacher – that’s cool. I have taken Royal conservatory in voice but I don’t have piano finished (Grade 4 or something) so I can’t teach (in Royal conservatory). Plus, I totally forget my theory…yay for you!!
Jess – Hey, at least you have admitted it and sneaking it in counts!
I find too that if I get off the exercise wagon I start eating more too….you go girl!
KT – I am sorry to hear about your dad – in Alberta we have the same problem – my family has experienced it firsthand too. I hope they get him in soon!! My fingers are crossed for you and your Dad.
Hey Laura- you are doing great in the workout category – keep it up!! Don’t get discouraged – sometimes its easier to focus on one thing at a time…sorry about your haircut – itll look better tomorrow, I bet $20 (Canadian!)

Well, I just resisted cheesecake for the CEO’s birthday! Yay me!!
Bf and I are going for a date night after work (and walking our dogs) – out for dinner and then we are doing “Bowl for Kids” for Big Brothers and Sisters.
I also booked my flight to Winnipeg for the annual visit Grandmothers trip. I am taking my neice with me (the four year old) so that will be special. A special trip, just me and her. I am looking into car rental out there so I am not at the mercy of my aunt…yikes.
