I find no cons to weight loss. It is just a better way of life to be healthy, and you can eat whatever you want in moderation.

Pros
I have more energy
More sense of self control
My legs don't hurt me anymore
It feels good when more clothes fit on you
I feel better about myself
it's an accomplishment

Cons
When someone thinks I have a calorie counting obsession
Always thinking about what is restricted
I keep thinking how judgmental people can be
Having that loose skin, which will probably go away
Not being able to enjoy an entire order of Chinese food

PROS:
being skinny and hot
not feeling so self conscious at the beach
not worrying about being the fattest person in a room
feeling confident that if i like a guy he wont be turned off by my weight
cute clothes
more energy
prevention of disease
when i get pregnant again (after i get another husband!), it will be a healthier pregnancy at a normal weight than overweight.

CONS:
constantly being afraid of re-gaining
loose skin
not being able to eat anything i want

                    Could you have some of them altered? I spent $200 on simple alterations to about 8 pieces of clothing, and it was worth every penny. The key is finding a good tailor/seamstress.

                    I look better and FEEL better than I have in 25 years.
                    I weigh less now than I did when I was married 16 years ago
                    Many people around me have told me that I have been an insperation to them to better their health
                    so many more.

                    -feeling attractive
                    -sense of accomplishment
                    -fitting into small sizes and pretty clothes
                    -not worrying about being fatter than men i date
                    -better nutrition = feeling better in general
                    -keeping good health, no worries about blood pressure/diabetes etc

                    CONS
                    -guilt which is sometimes not even justified when eating high-calorie foods
                    -getting a little scale obsessed

                    Pros:
                    -more energy
                    -being able to move more freely
                    -less or no pain in my joints
                    -better options for clothing
                    -cheaper clothing
                    -fit more comfortably in seats and go through turnstiles more easily
                    -save money on food (maybe as healthy food is more expensive)
                    -live longer-I hope
                    -act as a role model for some people I love
                    -more options for future

                    Cons:
                    -loose skin
                    -feel vulnerable
                    -get cold more easily
                    -no more blaming being fat for whatever

                    Onwards and upwards, or downwards. lol
