Wow - everyone seems to be doing great. I have been reading your posts for a month or more now, but cannot find the IP diet/coach or anything near me. Any idea on how to find someone in my area? There is a site where you can do it through them, but wondering if I have no personal contact/accounting, would it be the same? Seems to be so many things, even after doing so much reading, that I have questions about, such as what you can and cannot eat and amounts....any suggestions? thank you!!

there you can find what you can and can't eat for the most part. If you go to the website there is a 1-800 to call, that is what I did and found one near me. Where are you located?

Cool! Yes, this diet works! I lost 8.5 in two weeks... slow but it is ok, happy with the way is going good luck!

Hey, Thanks for your Support I am a 3 year KOP in a weightloss support club called TOPS. We have chapters everywhere & they are wonderful , but I am a stress eater & when my 4 little grandbabies are here we bake & cook like crazy & I overeat. I lost 20+ pounds from eating more protein & fiber . Our club also says to keep a food log/journal, IF YOU BITE IT...You MUST WRITE It...down in the journal to know where you screw up....Thanks again for writting YOU R doing Fantastic Things for the People that need & Love You !

yes this dt does work great. the first two weeks i lost 22 pounds but have not gotten on my scale since my last weigh in, and wont be weighen in until nov 10 on the account of i have to head to ks nov 2. See i live in williston nd, and have to drive to milescity mt, 2 1-2 hours away. So he has given me the choice on when i come in with the distance i gotta drive. Id give anythng to be living back in wyo because then i could be a heck of alot closer to a ip place. But the drive is worth it.
