I love sugary drinks, the calories/sugar content does not help in my weight lose journey. Every now n then I'll do shots with a side of cranberry , lemon or diet sprite. The boyfriend loves beer, and its hard not to drink one with him around. I'm also a wine fan, but I hear mixed messages as to whether its a good choice or not, in comparison to other drinks.ah now I sound like a lush hehe.
Yep, I have a problem with wine. I think this is truly causing me to lose momentum, so I am going to be avoiding the booze. At the beginning, I'd budget a glass of wine. Now I'm drinking a bottle and then binging on gingersnaps! Ugggh!
