I bought some, having heard about it. Only took it once. In pill form, it can get stuck in the throat and cause horrible damage. And like another user said, it can strip enamel, and cause the stomac to have problems as well. It is an acid, and taking it straight is risky.

I too have heard about acv being beneficial for weight loss. but at the same time one needs to be cautious about its usage. Taking it in excess for faster weight loss won't help, on the contrary it could be harmful.

I can't say its helped me lose weight, but it definitely reduces my joint pain. I take a tablespoon in water after eating. When I run out or miss it, I can feel it a day or two later. Starting back up my joints are fine again.

I got severe stomach pains from the acid after I tried larger amounts of it (a few teaspoons per day). I generally don't like it, but now that I'm doing very low carb I have gotten used to it as a salad dressing and it does seem to cut cravings.

I do know it curbs hunger. I just couldn't do it everyday.

I drink 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar twice a day mixed with my diet tonic water or just water. I use it for health don't know about making me lose weight.

Ive been trying the apple cider vinegar especially the ones that actually work. heard this on does especially well when you follow the directions
