When I previously lost weight this was one of my peeves too, but you know looking back it was nothing it was just I was focusing on all the little imperfections under a microscope, whereas no one else would notice.
It's DEFINTLY not noticeable straight away, and it's NOT as bad as I imagine you think it is. Enjoy your loss, you've done great, you deserve to smile and not worry xx
