Is it possible to stay with the old program if you're registered on line? I've done so well with the old program...lost 45 lbs so want to keep what works for maintenance.

The old program is dead as far as WW is concened. There is only one and its called PointsPlus and that is all that they support.

yep just points are calculated differently and there are more free foods (fruits and most veggies)

After reading and reading I am really seriously wanting to give WW a try. Can't afford it right now though. But I need help. I need structure. Who has been really successful with WW?

If you have a smart phone, there are some free calculator apps you can download that support the new point system. I'll be using it a lot now I guess. I let my membership lapse a couple months ago, so I unfortunately missed out on getting all the new info.

I'm totally new, and am looking for some support for the WW Points Plus program. I don't have ANY idea what the points value is for meat, or how to calculate it....help?
