second week was a drop off but still lost 10 pounds. I have lost a total of 52 since april but have only been on this program for 2 weeks.

was only on it for 3 days this week. I had some time off and this was planned from the beginning. I still lost 2lbs. I am back on it now and looking forward to some great results.
