Giggles, thanks! Is this Not Sugar that you are talking about? I have read of a sugar 'bulk' replacer at Expert Foods, but haven't tried it. Sounds interesting!!

I thought I would weigh in on this. I don't take psyllum but I do take Barley Grass every morning. It is sort of a grainy product that you mix with water. It has a LOT of fiber (but 4 grams of carbs). The additional benefit is that you get a lot of really good vegetable enzymes at the same time as well as vitamins (it is similar to wheat grass as an antioxidant too). Let me tell you, this stuff really helps keep you regular. A caveat is that anyone who is allergic to grass should not take it. It is also called "magma" and is available at health food stores. It also seems to give me more energy.
