I really can't imagine this is true. I could see it affecting supply, but not the composition of milk. I love kellymom too, check there perhaps there's something on this topic. I was just reading some info on there about restricting calories while breastfeeding, and it said if your fat stores are high (gee, mine are!

) then you do not have to up your calories as much, as 200 calories a day come from maternal fat stores.
