I had a friend years ago, couldnt figure out why his weight loss had stalled. Until one day I pointed at his 64 oz big gulp of Mt. Dew he got daily. He was a big guy so it wasnt making him gain weight but 880 calories/day certainly stalled his weight loss. But the funny thing to me was how at first he was completely in denial. "Nah, there isnt that many calories, maybe what...150, 250 tops"
