Ducky - I wore a black knee-ish length dress under my robe.
Here I am shaking the president of FIT's hand. Also known as the dark lord. I got to wear a cool hood and extra pointy sleeves because I got my masters
aliquot - congrats on both your degree and masters. You look great (and very happy) in the photos.
My graduation was yesterday. I got my BA in Criminology from Indiana State University. I missed the ceremony by being in a different country, but none the less I am done with my BA, now on to grad school!
Congratulations ladies!!! I graduated in December 2009 with a BS in Merchandising and a minor in Business Marketing from Oklahoma State University. The first picture is what I wore under my robe, you can't tell because my diploma is in the way but it's got a black band empire waist which is why all my accessories are black.
Ducky, I wore a little dress under my robe but since it was December I wore a cardigan and peep toe booties w/ tights. Since it's summer for you, I'd wear a little black dress and heels like aliquot said. Good luck!

Ducky--how strange is this, but I am graduating from CSU Stanislaus with my BA in English as well! Do we know each other? My name is Jenny.
Potentially...which could be awesome. And if we don't, we will. Because the department isn't that big...lol. Are you an SSMPP student? I'm Kirsten, btw.
And thanks everyone, for the clothing advice. This reconfirms my fears that I either need to go shopping or be naked underneath my robe.
I graduate with my Associate's in Nursing this coming Monday night. I'm really excited to be done...for a while. I'm going back to finish up the few classes I need for my bachelors probably in 2011.
I graduated a week ago with my degree in medicine from the University of South Alabama. I will be starting my residency in pathology at the end of June. I'll have to post pictures later, but our degrees are huge (probably 2 feet in length as well as height).
I'll be graduating on June 8th from McMaster University in Ontario. BSc in Life Sciences. Right now I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. I was planning on med school for so long but I'm kinda rethinking that now. It's stressful being a graduate! Haha. I'm actually looking into nutrition and dietetics now.
I'm wearing a black and white shift dress with a belt. Not sure what kind. Red or Yellow with shoes that match I think. It's pretty figuring hugging and I'm actually kinda surprised I'm at the weight I am for this. At my high school grad I was at my highest weight and wore black pants I squished into while everyone else wore cute dresses and sandals. It's pretty surreal not to feel sick at the thought of shopping.
Congrats to everyone! I'm sure you'll all look lovely.
