Thanks everyone, again. Rockinrobin, I'm also excited to see my work pay off. It's depressing when you do the same thing and the scale doesn't move, but it's exciting all over again when you make a stronger effort.
And, good news, I haven't weighed in a few days (the daily weighing was getting me down), and this morning I was 148.2lbs!! That's 1.3lbs down. I'll weigh again tomorrow to see if I'm sticking there. This is the lowest I've been, so hopefully I blew through the mini-plateau
