I've had two children and with my first gained 75 lbs and got l little stretch marks. i spoke with my doctor and she said that stretch marks are 100% genetics!! My mom never got any and my sister was like me, just a few little ones ...but we could see em!!

I just started a week on msm powder form sold heap in vitamin shoppe. It is better than a capsule because by digestion, it goes straight to work. I've had 2 chicldren and have lots of loose skin and stretch marks. I'm dieting and weight lifting and doing hard core abdominal work for a month now. Honestly it works for me, my skin is tightening, my hair is lush and I feel great. Age is a big factor as well. I'm 22, so in older consumers it may take more time with dfferent results. Be patient it should do some justice, my skin seems thicker.was so
thin before. Msm helps the muscle and ogans regenerate, giving a more youthful appearance to the bodys biggest organ :the skin. That's why people use it for muscle and joint pain. Don't be discouraged.

I've taken MSM since day one. I'm amazed at how my skin looks for the amount of weight I've lost. I really thought it would've been tons worse. I'm not positive if its the supplements that I take since I started them with the plan and not later in the plan. I have noticed with my weight loss that my rosacea seems to be 300 times better now.

Good luck to you and everyone!!

My doctor told me to use Vitamin E Oil, I found a walgreens oil and it has a ton of Vit. E in it and is cheaper than the E oil in the vitamin aisle. I have noticed a difference in my skin, it has really helped. I should get some MSM too.
