I will have to agree with the no's. I feel like crap and depressed when I eat unhealthy. When I am eating good I feel good about myself. Sometimes I will get crabby or irritable with my husband if he tries to throw off my plans. Like if we are making plans to go out to eat and I have looked my meal up online and he changes his mind on the restaurant at the last minute. Or when he makes fun of me for bringing my own healthy foods to his parents when we visit. Otherwise I feel great when dieting!
