This is my second week on phase 1. I cheated - ALOT. (Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. When I'm tired and blah, I want'em. BAD

And I gave in and had them - a single big cup Thursday afternoon and a kingsize 4 cups last night.

AND - a bbq sandwich. AND. ... as if that wasn't bad enough -- Fries. I did the same thing last week. I am down 6 pounds since starting and it's all right in my belly. I woke up this morning back on plan though and I'm planning out my grocery list again. I'm going to do phase 1 once more, because obviously, I don't have the sugar thing under control. This week, I will get it though
