Default I LOVE Fiber One Muffins!

They are only 3 points and loaded with 7 grams Fiber! I love the Blueberry the best, but the Choc/Banana are good too. They are in the frozen section!

My favorite breakfast comes from Hungry Girl:

1/4 cup egg beaters (I like the southwestern flavor)
1 laughing cow wedge (garlice & herb is my favorite)

Spray a large mug with Pam. Add egg beaters and laughing cow wedge (slice it into four pieces). Mix with fork. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave 45 seconds or until set.

I have this with an Oroweat honey wheat thin (toasted).

A great breakfast for only 3 points!!

Default filling breakast

My latest is steel cut oats cooked the night before. I boil 4 cups of water with a dash of salt and 2/3 cup of craisins (4 pts) and a cup of steel cut oats (8 pts). Bring to boil for 5-8 min. Turnd down heat to simmer and cook for 30 min. Dish up four 1 cup servings for 3pts. Doesn't need any sweetener, the craisins do it. It holds me until lunch.

My favorite is a bunch or mushrooms and spinach and maybe a few slices of turkey or ham. Saute all together and then add some egg whites. Scramble it up and you have a huge plate of food for 4pts.

I struggle with breakfast too. I just joined WW (again)....and this time I am determined!! I don't eat eggs, so my breakfast options are smaller.

I found that adding Bran Buds (Kellogs's) cereal to yogurt is really good. It gives the yogurt a nice crunch and makes it more filling. I had that for breakfast this morning w/ a banana and it kept me full for a while.

Also - I am not a huge fan of yogurt but I found one that is really good - the Archer Farms brand at Target...they have one that is fat free (2 pts/container).
