Thanks everyone.

You've brought up some good points. My friends and family are probably just being cautions, and they're not used to seeing me at this weight so I look thinner to them.

I feel the best I ever have, I like that I still have curves, and I dont' want to be a skeleton.

The scale means nothing - how I feel means everything. And I feel great.

I feel so much better, thanks everyone!

I was the same size as you (5'4.5~yes I lie an inch, around 155lbs) and went down to about 120, that's where I really felt the best. It is normal BMI and a good size, I think. If you are in the normal range, people really just aren't used to it! Ignore them!

I think you look great! Not too thin at all (you still have meat on your bones girl...you aren't poking out all over the place nor are those bottoms dangling from your hip bones!) I'd say you're just right.

Good job!

I would kill for your curves :P I gain on my stomach and I'm smaller-framed, which is why I'm still trying to lose a few pounds. But at the same height I'd say you look absolutely great and not too skinny at all. I think you could either gain or lose 5 lbs and still look awesome, so where you are is a great place to stay and maintain. Great job!

I think you look great. You are definitely NOT too thin, but on the other hand, it would be wise to weigh yourself consistently and make sure you are not continuing to lose weight (since you are lower then you thought you were!) You could also try weighing in at a doctor's office or something, just to check for accuracy... how do you know her scale is right, and yours wrong?! Anyways, you look fantastic, congratulations!!

I think you look really great in both sets of pictures. It really depends on what you felt most comfortable at and what is going to be easiest to maintain. I agree with everyone else- for you, the journey has been gradual, but for a lot of other people they have suddenly realised that you are smaller now and since they hadnt noticed the change happening gradually its natural for them to assume that it happened relatively quickly and be worried

You look great! Honestly, you look great in both pics, before and after! I'm also 5' 3" and I also feel the same way about not wanting to lose curves.
My family did the same thing to me the first time I lost weight.. at 150 they were surprised that I wanted to lose more and at 143 my mom thought I was nuts to keep going (even though she weighs less than me). It's just family and like you said, them not being used to it and just not wanting their loved ones to get obsessed or get too thin.

I think you look amazing the way you are in your recent pic. Just don't get any lower.

I'd say your friends and family are really just being cautious...do they know about you ED history? Perhaps that is why.

I myself was down to 140..138.5 at one time (when I was sick)..and my bf kept complaining of how bony I was...hips sticking out etc.(keep in mind he met me when I was larger and was used to the 'big' me..lol)

Another time, my friend and I went out...and she said to be honest you look wayyyy too skinny...and I thought she was being cautious until I seen a pic and I was like..wooh..I really don't look that great....my head actually looked too big for my body..lol. I am aiming to get back to 142-144...I am 'happy' at that weight.

I think when you feel great and you think you look great than just maintain and stay where you are.

Again, I think you look awesome..pat yourself on the back!

You look really great, just right to me in fact. Of course take that fwiw- just my opinion, and your friends saying you look too skinny is also just an opinion. I think you're going through something really common, where friends are not used to the thinner you and there are a lot of things at play--they liked the old you, they may be worried about you, maybe ever some are a bit jealous. As long as you're happy and healthy, that's what matters. Coming from an ED background (you and me both) I think it's a good sign that you have the attitude you have about it, but I would echo that if you continue to lose weight, it might be time to reevaluate where you are with your recovery. But for now, I think you look great and have a good attitude too

I agree with everyone, a) you look great! b) It's always a good idea to be a bit cautious if you have a history of ED and just make sure you don't keep losing weight that you don't intend to or want to...but i wouldn't worry, i'm sure your friends and family are just looking out for you and adjusting to the "new you".
Also, your undies are too cute :-)

I think you look fantastic girl!!! Especially for your height I think you look heathly. Family and friends are so used to our bodies looking a certain when we change it its hard for them to change with u. I know when I lost a lot of weight from my last yr of college at 145 my mom was like thats enough u cant lose anymore. Then at 135ish my friends were like u are getting way to skinny...blah blah blah!!! I felt health and just right. In my mind I know I would or couldnt get any smaller so I wasnt worried about it turning into a problem. But they just care and trying to look out for you especially with your history. Its only human nature for them to worry!!!
But keep up the good work...u look great
