I find that exercise to lose weight isn't as motivating as to improve health, especially at age 60.

I know consistant exercise is what allows me to -

fall sleep within 3 minutes of going to bed; although I am on my feet at my job with no sitting, my back and my legs do not hurt; I get out of bed in the morning and I move pretty smoothly and easily; if I help out at a function and pick up and lift overhead about 3 billion metal folding chairs I am not sore in the morning; the muscle tone I have built makes my arms look strong, not 'big' as they used to look; I am not afraid to show someone my belly button jewel! (I am almost 49 )
