Wouldn't it be nice to loose every week! In the last 4 weeks, I lost 2 weeks, stayed steady one week, and gained 1 the next. And I NEVER cheated the whole time.

Isn't that the MOST frustrating thing about dieting..

I wish I could understand how one gains weight on 1200-1300 calories.. when one is over 200lbs.?????

It is the darndest thing .... I have tried all kinds of things to jump start the metabolism but it is just as sluggish as ever... and No exercise does not move my scale.. No matter how much I exercise..

I am seriously considering making a appt with a dietician to see if she can tell what I am NOT doing..My MD thinks it is just fine to only lose 2 lbs a month.. He has NO CLUE how hard that is to stay focused when the rewards are so small..

How do you all manage it when the scale moves this slowly ???????
