I don't like veggies at all either and am worried about starting this diet. I like lettuce...but how in the world I am going to eat that much with no dressing is beyond me. I have not even started and I am worried about getting my veggie intake. Biting my nails on what to do.

I bought the Veggie Mix, because I was having a really hard time getting the veggies down. I did not know it was part of the MediQuick plan.
I'm on the green menu. I was told that I could replace one serving of veggies each day with the veggie mix. I'll admit I was desperate, I've never been a big veggie eater (unless they are covered in butter or sauce or cooked with meat).

It looks strange, It smells iffy, but it tastes surprisingly refreshing. I just mix it with cold water and chug it down. It's sweet and very Minty. For me it's better that choking down another serving of veggies.

What are the menu requirements for the veggie powder on MediQuick?

I have been thinking about purchasing this for a quite a few weeks now....but have been scared cause they told me at my center how bad it tastes....but considering it now. How much water do you have to use? In other words, how much am I going to have to choke down? lol

I bought the veggie powder because I really get sick of salad twice a day. I cannot stomach it! It is the worst tasting stuff I have ever tried. I mixed it with a lemon HSN, but the mint flavor still stood out. I wish I could exchange it for something else! It is not cheap.

I think the rules for the powder consist of: only using it to replace one veggie portion per day. I could be wrong on that though.
I bought the veggie powder, I mix it with lemon HNS, I like it, something like a green tea. If you use it to replace your veggies, I was told only 3 X's a week.
