I work full time as a nurse in a pediatricans office. I have a 7 yr old, 3 yr old and am 7 mos pregnant. I get up early in the morning and hit the elliptical. There are some mornings when I don't feel like it, but when I don't I feel hoorrible don't. I've been getting up early and exercising for about 1 1/2 yrs now and it doesn't take long to get in the groove of it. This also gives me some time to myself while everyone else is sleeping.

I so badly want to work out in the morning, but I'm not a morning person and despite getting out of BED early, I can't seem to gear myself up to actually EXERCISE that early. I'm hoping someday that will change.

I have to take my youngest DD with me when I walk (though it does slow me down a bit), as there is no other way to get out. We usually walk just before dinner.

I do 15 minutes of strength training every night before my bath. Kids are in bed at 9 and I immediately do my exercise and then soak in a warm tub.

I squeeze it in when I can, basically. Try to figure out if you're a morning or an evening person. If you can't get yourself to exercise in the morning, could you switch some of your evening chores to the morning to free up some evening time. You also, could maybe do 15 min in the morning and 15 minutes at night. No one said you have to do it all at once!

I'm still adjusting my own exercise schedule and need to squeeze a little more into my days, so I know how challenging it can be. GOOD LUCK!

I wake up and do my run on my treadmill at 6am. After I'm done it gets folded up and the key taken out the put up in my dresser drawer. My 3 year old daughter got a rub burn on her fingers about a three months ago when my 8 year old got the key down and turned it on....I love my treadmill and now that I fold it up they haven't looked at it I also have a 5 year old just in case you were wondering.

To do my free weights I helped my kids make their own "free weights" by using paper towel rolls so they could work out too

While the kids were home from school (they just started back up last week) I mainly did water aerobics instead of my exercise dvd's while they swam in the pool.

You can do it! You just have to figure out where to fit it into your life
