Hello everyone - still plugging away at it. Tomorrow is my 1st week weight in I started an exercise thread if anyone cares to post their stats.

Stressful week at work again - so looking forward to the weekend!

I just started the 30 Day Shred.

I am so, so out of shape. I had no idea. I was sweating through the freaking warm-up!! And I cannot do push-ups. Ugh.

Another rough week at work - can't wait for my vacation!

It has also been too humid to do anything outside, not to mention the thunderstorms so I have been walking to work and back and trying to exercise indoors. It has been a very rainy summer so far.
