Hi Turtles!!!

Lauren..that is so neat, going to the gym and with your dh!!! I like that thought. I personally haven't start the exercise thing yet. I do have a membership to a hc but will cancel when i can, I wish I didn't have to, but it is just to hard to get there, and with a new fancy maching coming (bow flex, you have prob seen the commercials) I just will do that along with a nordic track that has been outside being lonely. Now they will have someone to talk too...(ha,ha) I really did like the hc when I went.

Lin can you tell us basicllly what your book is about??? How is the cooking coming??? you still cooking up a storm making every one crazy with envy??? I am such a lazy cook. But I am trying.

Hello Mousie!!! You are an inspiration!!!

Food wise for me has been going well. No matter if I lose big or small, I am sticking with it till the end. I think I have to get some more vegies in me. Yesterday I cooked up 4 oz of turkey kilbasa, and had a big salad and big bowl of zucchini. I ended up leaving have the salad and zucchini cause I was too full. i put it in the frig for later but had super duper light pop corn instead. dh ate my last skinny cow. bummer. WAter consumption is way up compared to my reg 0 . My body is prob wondering what is going on.

Today will prove interesting. We are going to Petaluma today to look at a 1994 mazda miata. M edition. I am so excited. This is a small little car that is for fun. I sold my jeep and was expecting a new little honda but tht got changed. My dh ended up buying a bike, and I was still driving my honda stationwagon. I like the car but I wanted something fun. So we decided on a miata. This car has everything I wanted. cruise, cd, elect everything and the top comes down!!!. Gets good mileage too. And lots cheaper than a new car. Will give satation wagon the dd for school. I have been looking for a car for along time. Usually by the time I see the add, and get a chace to get down to where the car is..it is sold. I have missed several. Wish me luck!!!

We will eat at Olive garden..I will have soup, the other one that is not ministrone..It is sooo good. I don't think it should be very pointy, it does have lots of beans.

Hi it is me again..

I got my car!!! It is so awesome!!! and I had better lose this extra weight. If I get any bigger I will not be able to fit in it. I actually fell the sides of the seat on the sides of my butt and that means..lose the weight!!! It runs good and you should have seen the smile on my face when I put the top down in Cloverdale and drove it home to Ukiah. Oh my gosh..it was so great.

Eating was a bit off. I did ok at Olive garden, ordered this garlic shrimp spaghetti thing, but actually did't eat that much. The bad part of my day was going to Dennys with husband, Had a hamberger, minus the bread and french fries. I don't know the points of all that, but I did take off the bread and ate it with a fork. Drank water yesterday which is always a good thing for all of us. I personally don't like water that much but I am hoping it will grow on me.

Better get to work,..hey I don't mind..i get to drive my new car!!!
