All i can do is send those *get well* vibes, can't help much on the rest. I hate having a cold. If we could just remove our heads and go about our business it would be fine :P
Hope you are feeling better. Nothing like taking care of a bunch of little ones when you can hardly drag yourself from one side of the room to the other and your breathing sounds like Darth Vader.
If anything I feel WORSE today. I've also been hovering around the same 1.5 lbs on the scale and I wonder if that's related to my cold. I have my daycare littles here and we're having a taking it easy day (two of the three are also sick.. they were the ones that GAVE me this darn cold.)
Oh goodie --- sick HotMama AND sick kids. (Yeah, I hadn't thought about it, but colds and flus and other assorted goodies really are an occupational hazard for you, aren't they?)
Taking it easy sounds like the smart thing to me. Rest as much as you can, keep drinking your fluids and let the wonderful body heal itself --- and it will!
hope youre feeling better today. Hope this makes you feel a little better. Usually after I am sick with cold or flu, I lose a big chunk the week after probably dehydration, LOL but still nice to see. hehe
