Do you all reward yourself for weight loss blocks/mini goals?
I'm thinking I'd like to do a little something for every 5 lbs lost, with a larger treat at the end when I reach my goal weight. I don't want to buy clothes until I'm at goal because I'd like things to fit properly, so I think that'll be a gradual thing - I do have some smaller pieces in my wardrobe that can supplement until then.
Things like new books, weekend outings with DH, new makeup or bath products, etc would work well for me.
Right now I'd like to do a beachy vacation when I'm at goal, but will see how that all plays out right now.
What about everyone else? Do you have a big treat planned for when you're at goal, or is the weight loss enough?
