I don't drink very much water as well-I know that to get my water in, I add grape Propel to my 16 oz water bottle. It's like my reward for drinking regular water Anyway, I've stopped drinking as much soda, more water and tea. I think having water not very cold helps as well.

I think the key is that you have your regular intake to replenish everyday loss but then if you are losing weight, you are most likely exercising, and therefore need to replenish even more.

In a perfect world, I try to get in 2 litres each day. I have finally broken it down into 500ml lots at each meal and then knock down the last one at night when I am usually my most thirsty. If I exercise that day, I will add another half to one litre to compensate.

JacobnJalynsMommy - I have started putting a tablespoon of pomegranate/blueberry concentrate into my water sometimes. It just breaks up the monotony.

I drink on average, 60oz of water a day. If I don't drink that, I notice that I am extremely thirsty all the time.

To those who have trouble drinking water, I used to think it was impossible for me to like water. But, now its all I drink less for the occasional smoothie or what have you. I do need the water to be really cold though.

So weird, I was just thinking abot posting this question! I usually have 32 oz water, 1 or 2 cups of coffee and 1 or 2 big cups of decaf tea, I think it's pretty close to 60 oz, but judging from all the happy-hydrated folks on here, it looks like I should try to step up my straight water consumption for sure!

I don't track it, but I drink at least 3 big water bottles at work, 2 working out and one before bed. I use Crystal Light packs once in a while because I find water so boring for taste and I don't drink coffee, tea, juice or pop so it's just water now. Worst is on the weekends when I have no routine and I don't drink enough! I feel bloated sometimes if I drink too much, especially while I am working out.

I drink between 2 & 4 litres of plain water, plus coffee, herbal tea, & the occasional diet soda. Usually 1-2 litres is in conjunction with working out, the rest throughout the day.

I'm sure I don't drink nearly enough. Just a couple diet sodas a day, probably around the equivalent of 3-5 cans. I took a week off exercising, though, so I haven't been thirsty anyway.

Hi, I recently increased my water intake, I try to drink 10 - 16 ounce bottles of water a day, in addition to the 2 or 3 cups of herbal tea, as well as the flavored water that I drink daily. Whenever I reach a plateau I increase my water intake and it seems to really help me get pass the plateau.
I have to admit that at one time I really thought that all of the talk from health professionals recommending at least 8 glasses of water a day was hype, of course now I know that it is one of the best ways to flush out fat.

I go days without any water, I drink monsters and diet coke. I'm sure that is part of my weight loss problem.

Yikes I'd die with no water- I can't stand the taste of diet coke or the monsters lol.

I drink usually my min 8 glasses, by lunchtime I've already had 3-4 glasses, then one when I get home, then at least 2 with dinner, then one with bed. On hot days I get even MORE water.
